Marta Gonçalves
Marta, as a Chief Consultant, is responsible for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) and manages the Innovayt Academy, the company’s internal training initiative. Throughout her time at Innovayt, Marta has developed numerous innovation projects across European and national funding instruments, focusing on fields such as Health, Biotech, and Energy. In addition to her project work, she conducts training on business-oriented programmes and delivers MSCA master classes for universities and organisations, including the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
Marta holds a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from University of Minho (Portugal). Prior to joining Innovayt, she gained experience in both academia and industry. She has participated in R&D projects related to renewable energy and environmental technologies and has also worked on high-tech solutions in energy storage systems, fuel cells, and CO2 conversion. Her multidisciplinary background supports her ability to guide clients through complex funding processes and innovation challenges.
