Luis Lima

Luís, currently Chief Consultant, has played a key role in supporting innovation projects from concept to commercialization across a wide range of industries. He assists companies and research organizations in preparing R&D&I project proposals for international funding programs. In addition to his consulting responsibilities, Luís mentors innovation consultants and actively contributes to initiatives that improve business performance and employee well-being. From 2021 to 2022, he was seconded to UN1Qnx SA, where he served as CEO and project manager, overseeing operations in finance, HR, R&D, and IP management.

Luís holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of Minho (Portugal) with a specialization in biotechnology and downstream processing. He brings over 5 years of experience in industry-driven research within the food and beverages sector. He also completed postgraduate studies in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on industrial management, further strengthening his ability to support organizations in innovation and strategic development.
