Kenneth Glarbo Andersen

Kenneth is a co-founder of Innovayt and throughout his time at Innovayt as CEO, he has contributed across all areas of the consulting business, including grant proposal validation, writing, project management, sales, service development, and strategic planning. He also advises Innovayt clients on innovation finance and holds board and advisory roles with tech startups. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Innovayt’s direction and driving its long-term growth.

Kenneth holds an MSc in Political Science from Aarhus University (Denmark) and an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore). Before co-founding Innovayt, he held several roles in the Danish government, including serving as a personal assistant to the Minister of Science and as Special Advisor on research policy. He also served as Denmark’s Research Attaché to the European Union for 3 years, a position that directly preceded his transition to launching Innovayt.
