João holds a PhD in Biosciences from Cardiff University (UK). He brings over a decade of research experience, including five years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry and another five years as a project manager in the circular economy field. This diverse background provides him with a solid foundation for navigating complex scientific and technical content while aligning it with funding requirements and innovation strategy.
