Ana Oliveira

As a Senior Consultant, Ana provides comprehensive assistance to clients in securing funding for innovative research and technology development projects. Her responsibilities include guiding clients through the complex application processes, effectively communicating the potential and value of their projects, and successfully developing proposals across various technical domains. Ana’s efforts have directly contributed to securing funding through prominent EU and national programs, including Horizon Europe’s EIC Accelerator, Eureka’s Eurostars, and Marie Curie grants.

Ana holds a PhD in Ageing and Chronic Disease, a joint degree awarded by the University of Minho, University of Coimbra, and NOVA University of Lisbon (Portugal), with a specialization in the tumor microenvironment and an MSc in Biology from the University of Porto (Portugal). Prior to joining Innovayt, she accumulated over 10 years of research experience at distinguished institutions across Europe, such as the Portuguese Oncology Institute (Portugal) and the VIB Center for Cancer Biology, KU Leuven (Belgium). Ana has co-authored 14 peer-reviewed scientific publications and is co-inventor of three patents within the oncology field.
