Adriana Gonçalves
As Office Manager at Innovayt Portugal, Adriana is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring an efficient and collaborative office environment. Her key responsibilities include managing financial and administrative tasks such as payroll, performance reviews, employee support and information dissemination, recruitment processes, event planning, problem-solving, and managing office supplies.
Adriana holds an MSc in Communication Sciences from the University of Minho in Braga (Portugal). Prior to her role at Innovayt, she gained extensive administrative experience working within the university’s administration.
