Innovayt appoints Ana M. Martín González and Maria Klemp Dolmen as partners

Innovayt is proud and pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners, Ana M. Martín González and Maria Klemp Dolmen.

In addition to strong academic backgrounds and professional experiences, both Ana and Maria bring key qualities including impressive drive to advance and close attention to detail. Prior to joining Innovayt, Ana gained postdoctoral experiences on complex systems and environmental science from the Pacific Ecoinformatics and Computational Ecology Lab (Berkeley, US) and University of Copenhagen (Denmark). Ana has mentored graduate and undergraduate students, as well as published and reviewed numerous scientific papers. She still holds a position as Associate Editor of the Journal of Pollination Ecology.

Maria’s background is within business and management. She completed an MSc in Business with a major in Strategy and a minor in Political Economy, as well as a BSc in Entrepreneurship, both from BI Norwegian Business School (Norway). Before joining Innovayt, she worked as a Business Developer, focusing on developing and implementing strategies as well as management and recruitment. Her prior work experience also includes sales, mentoring, and administrative work.

Throughout their years at Innovayt, both have delivered exceptional services to our clients and made significant contributions to our growth journey. While taking on more strategic responsibilities, Ana will continue coordinating and expanding our project portfolio related to green technology as our Head of Energy and Sustainability, whereas Maria will keep developing our Norwegian presence and activities as our Country Manager in Norway.

This addition makes in total nine partners, working actively to seize opportunities and reach new heights for Innovayt.
