Innovayt annual get-together 2024

Postcards from last week when we gathered all Innovayt offices for our annual get-together, dedicating time to (re)connect with each other in person and nurture our strong team spirit. The days were spent sightseeing islands and visiting restaurants as well as participating in seminars and workshops, making sure to explore and enjoy while also deep diving into discussions on how we continuously keep ourselves alert and ahead.

One new agenda point was the highly appreciated Innovathon, an internal competition that challenged participants to create innovative ideas and solutions for our company. This was organised by Innovayt Academy, our internal training academy, led by Marta Gonçalves and Diogo Carvalho. Kudos to the organisers and participants, as well as congratulations to the winners, Elisabeth Galster Pedersen, João Graça, and Margarida Gonçalves!

Once again, the yearly get-together served as one among many reminders of what a great team we truly are. Thanks to all Innovaytors!
