Innovayt wins new round of CopenVirk in Eastern Denmark

Innovayt continues partnering with Greater Copenhagen EU Office to help screen and mobilise companies, from the Capital Region of Denmark and Zealand Region, to engage in international innovation activities. Effective from 1 July 2024, Greater Copenhagen EU Office has decided to extend their CopenVirk mobilisation service together with Innovayt as the main consultant.

CopenVirk is a service offered by Greater Copenhagen EU Office to companies in the two Eastern regions of Denmark, helping them in identifying and validating European funding opportunities for their R&D projects. Since 2017, more than 100 companies have successfully received help through CopenVirk, securing in total over half a billion DKK in EU funding.

Based on this success, Greater Copenhagen EU Office issued a new tender which Innovayt won yet again. Hence, Innovayt remains the lead consultancy supplier until mid-2026, with the option to extend further for two more years. As a novelty, the service is extended to also include validation work for projects from the regions targeting the EU Innovation Fund. Innovayt looks forward to continuing our high service levels and helping more local SMEs realise innovation projects.
