Three-days training in Portugal

Last week, we gathered all Innovayt offices for a three-days internal training event in Braga and Porto. The agenda involved, among other things, talking and learning even more about mentorship, strategy, and European funding. Practical workshops and team exercises, in combination with high engagement and various perspectives, made it a valuable experience. Two full days were spent with Thomas Hørdam from We Love Mentors, teaching us all the tips and tricks needed as mentors and mentees.
