Tiago, as a Researcher, helps to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by assisting colleagues with administrative tasks, coordination and ad-hoc office needs. He provides reliable support across the team, helping with meeting preparation, document handling and general office organisation, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every task as he learns the ropes and grows into the role.

Tiago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universidade do Minho (Portugal) and completed an exchange semester at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain), where he gained valuable international experience. His academic background gives him a solid foundation in organisational practices and teamwork, and he is eager to develop practical skills in office administration, communication and project support while contributing to Innovayt’s collaborative and dynamic environment.
