Meet the Team

Sylvia Pichler

As Brand and Communications Manager, Sylvia takes the lead in building and managing the Innovayt brand. Her responsibilities range from developing and defining to implementing and executing our brand and communications strategies in close collaboration with management and colleagues from other expertise areas. She brings over a decade of professional experience across language services, communication management, digital marketing, corporate training and investment management, having worked in both the public and private sectors. Sylvia began her career as an accredited Conference Interpreter for the European Union and later held communications roles at the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme (Porto), Tesla, several European institutions and the Portuguese Trade & Investment Office in Berlin.

Sylvia holds a BA in Translation from the University of Porto (Portugal) and an MA in Conference Interpretation from Heidelberg University (Germany), complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from FLAG. A certified trainer who has taught some courses at Heidelberg University, Sylvia pairs linguistic and pedagogical skills with hands-on experience in digital strategy and analytics. Multilingual and internationally experienced, she brings a global perspective to Innovayt’s communications and brand development.
