Sheila Esteves
Sheila is an experienced HR Manager, graduated in Law from Universidade Lusíada, complementing it with a Postgraduation in Human Resources Management from Autónoma Business School.
She has extensive experience in coaching and mentoring, certification in HR assessment and development, she supports the company and the full employee lifecycle, focusing in both strategic and technical/admin aspects.
Sheila brings experience from different business sectors, namely banking, distribution and technology, as well as in different business models and cultures, which enriches the experience of adapting HR processes and best practices to different teams.
Exposed throughout the years to multicultural teams and transversal HR projects, she can support diverse teams, contributing to a trusted and inclusive workplace.
