Jesica Chamorro
As an Innovation Consultant, Jesica works closely with the Energy Team to support the development and implementation of innovative energy projects across Europe. She brings a strong track record in renewable energy project management across multiple markets, including Spain, Portugal, and Canada. Her experience includes navigating NextGenerationEU funding mechanisms and managing the administrative and regulatory processes associated with the development of green hydrogen and ammonia (GH2/GNH3), solar, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
Jesica is a qualified lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina), specialized in Criminal Law, with over 10 years of legal experience across diverse practice areas. She also holds a Specialization in Public Law Assessment, providing her with a solid foundation in regulatory and public-sector frameworks. Currently, she is completing postgraduate studies in Energy Law at the Catholic University of Portugal, while also preparing for PMI certification, further strengthening her expertise at the intersection of law, energy, and project management.
