Cátia Rocha
As an Innovation Consultant, Cátia brings 6 years of academic research experience spanning life sciences and nanotechnology. She supports clients in developing competitive proposals for European funding programmes, advises on project strategy and experimental design, and helps translate innovative research concepts into impactful, fundable projects.
Cátia holds a BSc in Radiation Therapy from the Polythecnic Institute of Oporto, a MSc in Biophysics and Bionanosystems from the University of Minho, as well as a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Santiago de Compostela in close collaboration with the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory. Cátia has worked as a radiation therapist in the Champalimaud foundation, São João Hospital and the Oncology Institute of Oporto. Throughout her career, she has worked in collaborative and multidisciplinary environments, contributing to research projects and scientific publications in the field of nanomedicine.
