Innovayt appoints four additional partners
Innovayt is pleased and proud to announce the appointment of four additional partners with effect from 1 July 2021. Carlos Costa, Débora Ferreira, Miguel Pinheiro, and Reinaldo Ramos all have strong professional backgrounds and delivered outstanding services as well as initiatives at Innovayt for many years. We are confident that each additional partner possesses the competence and expertise to be entrusted and successful in our new and enlarged partnership.
Carlos Costa holds a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Minho (Portugal) and has ten years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D settings, which includes both post-doc and PI. Carlos joined Innovayt in 2014 and has since January 2020 worked as Chief Operations Officer, a role that remains. Débora Ferreira joined Innovayt in 2011 after completing a PhD in Bioengineering Systems, specializing in biomedical devices and photonics, at the University of Minho and as part of the MIT-Portugal Programme. As of last month, Débora takes on the position as Partner and Director of Enterprise Services at Innovayt.
Miguel Pinheiro graduated from the University of Minho with a MSc in Biomedical Engineering and PhD in Marketing and Strategy, which reflects his passion for mixing disciplines. Miguel has been at Innovayt since October 2015 and is now appointed Partner and Director of International Business Development. Last but not least, Reinaldo Ramos holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the University of Minho, where he also conducted research across several research fields. Like Débora, Reinaldo celebrates ten years at Innovayt and embraces a new position, namely, as Partner and Director of Academic Services.
The addition makes in total seven partners, which together will work to seize opportunities and reach new heights. Innovayt is not only convinced that this will add value to both clients and our team, but also excited about the times to come.
