Innovayt HR Annual Event 2026

This year’s HR Annual Event gathered colleagues from all Innovayt offices in Mortágua, central Portugal, for a few days of connection, reflection and inspiration.

Set against the calm landscapes of Mortágua, our annual gathering gave us the chance to reconnect in person, spend time together as a team and take a step back to reflect on where we are today and where we are heading next.

Throughout the event, we took part in team activities, local experiences, workshops and open discussions. These moments gave everyone space to share ideas, challenge perspectives and align around the priorities and opportunities ahead.

It was also a chance to celebrate the people who make Innovayt what it is: from recognising long-time colleagues to welcoming new faces, the event reminded us of the energy, curiosity and team spirit that connect us across offices.

A heartfelt thank you to all Innovaytors for your enthusiasm, openness and contribution throughout the event. We left Mortágua with renewed energy, stronger connections and excitement for the journey ahead.
