Innovayt annual get-together 2025

Postcards from when all Innovayt offices reunited for our much-anticipated annual get-together, a time to (re)connect in person, recharge as team, and reflect on the road ahead.

The days in the beautiful coastal city of Viana do Castelo were a mix of outdoor activities, team moments, and local experiences, alongside workshops and discussions that helped us explore ideas, challenge perspectives, and align around what lies ahead. As always, moments of celebration and connection were woven throughout, from team reflections to recognizing long-time colleagues and welcoming new ones.
