Continuing their successful partnership, Innovayt has helped the Danish company Dantherm Power with the preparation of a successful proposal to the Danish Energy Technology Development and Demonstration Program (EUDP). The project will receive a grant of approximately DKK 10.3 million.
The objective of the REST project is to address the current limitations on reliability estimation and testing across several application segments for hydrogen and fuel cell technologies – with focus on fuel cell-based backup power systems and hydrogen refueling stations.
The project is based on an industrial platform comprising three companies – Dantherm Power, H2 Logic, and Hyundai Denmark – which have been at the forefront in the development and demonstration of hydrogen and fuel cell systems. Their know-how is complemented by an academic partner – Aalborg University – with strong expertise in reliability research and fuel cell technology.
