EU Innovation Fund Onsite Workshop: From Project Concept to Application

On 22 January 2026, Innovayt will collaborate with Energy Valley to deliver an onsite half-day workshop in Fornebu, Norway, focused on the EU Innovation Fund. The workshop, titled “From project concept to application”, is designed to support organisations preparing to apply for EU Innovation Fund calls. The event follows a webinar held in December, further developing the topics introduced during the online session.

The event will provide participants with practical insights into how projects are evaluated under the EU Innovation Fund and what evaluators specifically look for during the assessment process.

Practical insights and evaluator perspective

A key highlight of the workshop is the Project Idea Clinic, an unique interactive session where participants will have the opportunity to present their own project ideas and receive expert feedback. This hands-on format is intended to help applicants strengthen their project concepts and better align them with evaluation criteria.

The workshop will also feature contributions from Daniel Gomes, one of our EU Innovation Fund Programme Owner, who will share hands-on experience and provide insights into the current IF25 timeline and evaluation expectations.
