Innovayt has assisted VIA University College and Sekoia in preparing a proposal for the 5th call of the Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme (AAL).
The understAID project focuses on easing the lives of informal caregivers’ and directly addressing their currently unmet needs for easily accessible educational support, based on new user-centred, personalized, and context-based e-learning models, that will provide customized and relevant guidance on how to deal with dementia according to each user’s profile.
The project – which involves 4 Danish partners, 3 Spanish and 2 from Poland - received a positive evaluation and has been selected for a grant.
Morten Mathiesen from Sekoia characterizes Innovayt’s performance in the following terms: “It has been a pleasure to operate with Innovayt! Their team was the driving force during the application process, and we felt well guided and strongly recommend their services to others that consider going for european funding.”
David Mayntz from VIA University College adds: “We worked under a very tight deadline with a complex project idea. Innovayt’s role was to assist in the development of a professional proposal, but also to make sure that the consortium ended up with a common understanding and agreement on the overall aim and working process. Collaborating with Innovayt’s skilled employees was without any doubt crucial for our success with passing the tough evaluation in AAL”.
