Companies and individuals can apply for funding under MSCA within all themes and industries. The programme focuses on participation from companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The programme supports all aspects of a researcher’s career during periods of mobility, training etc.
The programme consists of a number of individual actions, including:
The Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions provide an opportunity for companies to co-finance whole or parts of their development projects, in particular where these can be implemented through human resources, e.g. through secondments (in- or outgoing), researcher training, or recruitment. In addition, the programme allows companies to grow their knowledge base through partnerships, researcher mobility, and education.The Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions fund 100 percent of project costs.
Usually, MSCA requires an element of transnational co-operation across European boarders, e.g. between a company and a university or a researcher. Requirements for participation vary between different MSCA sub-programmes
